April Cottage

April cottage is a two storey stone built cottage containing a living room and large kitchen/living room downstairs and a double bedroom and a twin bedroom upstairs. Both have en-suite facilities.

The double bedroom has a full size double bed with wardrobe and dressing table and wall mounted convector heating and accesses direct into its en-suite bathroom. The bathroom contains a full size bath, wash hand basin, WC and heated towel rail.

The twin bedroom has two full size single beds with wardrobe and dressing table and wall mounted convector heater. There is space to locate a third full size Z bed in the room if required. There is direct access into the en-suite shower room. The shower room contains an electric shower, wash hand basin, WC and heated towel rail.

The living room has a dining table and chairs, two single armchairs and a sofa, colour television and electric display heater.

The kitchen area is separated by a breakfast bar and has a fridge freezer, microwave oven, electric oven, and toaster and is fully equipped with all utensils and crockery.

Ample parking is available within 80 yards of the door.

There is a lawn in front of the cottage with table and chairs as well as full access to the grounds. The fully equipped laundry room is sited within 70 yards of the cottage.

Rose Cottage

Rose cottage is a single storey stone built cottage containing a living room, double bedroom, bathroom and separate kitchen.

The bedroom has a full size double bed with wardrobe and dressing table and wall mounted convector heating.

The living room has a dining table and chairs, two single wing backed arm chairs, colour television and electric display heater. The living room's bay window overlooks a lawned area with views over to the slopes of Exmoor.

The bathroom has a bath with electric shower over and heated towel rail.

The kitchen has a fridge freezer, microwave oven, electric oven, and toaster and is fully equipped with all utensils and crockery.

Ample parking is available within 70 yards of the door.
