Our four star self catering cottages and lodges stand in a tranquil rural setting on the boundary of the Exmoor National Park in a beautiful three acre garden, with outstanding views over wooded slopes of Exmoor. Minehead with its beach, shops, pubs, restaurants and local bus services is only a 20 minute walk.
This is a small self catering complex set in 3 acres and the holiday accommodation is spaced to allow a level of privacy while still giving the benefits of having help at hand and additional facilities. There is a fully equipped laundry room on site, together with children's play area, putting green and indoor games room with a full size table tennis table, a pool table and table football.
Dogs friendly we accept dogs in some of the lodges by prior arrangement on condition that they are kept on a lead on site and exercised in the dog walk.

There are two stone holiday cottages and six timber lodges with fully fitted kitchens including fridge freezers, microwaves and some with dishwashers and washing machines; all have colour televisions and DVDs and heating throughout. Breakfast on your lodge veranda in almost any weather and enjoy the view is a must.
Sleeping capacity ranges from one holiday cottage with a single double bedroom to a fully disabled access lodge with four bedrooms and three bathrooms capable of sleeping up to twelve people. |

Woodcombe Lodges are open all year for self catering holidays and short breaks are available from October to April. The owners live on the property and, as well as welcoming visitors on their arrival, are available to help with any queries.

The West Somerset Railway’s steam trains run between Minehead, Watchet and Bishop’s Lydeard.

Our Somerset cottages and lodges are ideal for walkers and bird watchers looking to take advantage of Exmoor as well as for those interested in cycling, horse riding and other outdoor pursuits including the seaside for the children.
Disabled accommodation - Cherry Tree, Laburnum and Holly Lodge are fully accessible for wheel chair users.
